Moving On

One Individual's lifespan is insignificant in the face of the entire human race history.
The entire human race history is insignificant in the face of their planet's lifespan.
The planet's lifespan is insignificant in the face of its galaxy's lifespan.
The galaxy's lifespan is insignificant in the face of the universe's existence.
And for certain there's something out of universe that's even greater.


So how great can a setback be for an individual's disappointing moment, in a brief moment of days, months or years?
Life is just a matter of years in about a century.  So face all setbacks bravely, and move on to do the best you can till the end.

Painting Life

Paint the future you'll want to see with everyday actions.
And repaint it every single day till you became part of it.

At peace

One of the most important key in life to remember; is to always be grateful about what you have around you & within you. When faced with a crisis or challenge in life. Step back & vividly imagine the pain of having to go through a much bigger crisis such as having to lose both your legs, or your arms, or your sight, etc.  Miraculously, all the current challenges that bothers you so much just a second ago fades away insignificantly.

"Nothing new can come into your life unless you are open up to being grateful".

I'm grateful that I'm healthy & I have the freedom to go all out for what I want in life.  And I will bear this in mind forever.
